At ROYAL DESERT TOURISM LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans may change, and we have designed our refund policy to be as fair and transparent as possible.
Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within 24 hours of the initial booking.
If the service is cancelled after the 24-hour window, the customer will not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to attend the scheduled service for any reason beyond our control.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
The following situations are considered non-refundable:
Services partially used.
Services canceled due to customer non-compliance with entry rules, regulations, or failure to provide necessary documentation.
Any cancellation request made after the scheduled service date.
Force majeure situations such as bad weather, government restrictions, or natural calamities, where services cannot be provided.
We allow rescheduling of services (subject to availability) if notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
In the case of rescheduled bookings, any payment made will be applied to the new booking date.
